We will make every effort to contact you if we notice any errors with your information. If you need to change an order or make changes to your delivery information, please immediately contact our customer care team at support@wonderly.com.

Please note that if an order has already been sent to our warehouse, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Learn more about Order Changes.
