FREE SHIPPING
FREE Shipping on all orders $45 or more. Standard shipping is $6.99. Delivery to Canada, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, is approximately 8-20 days with tracking. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 days.
NOTE: Shipping times typically depend on the customs in each country. Some countries will clear packages faster than others, so please keep that in mind.
Shipping times can in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:
- COVID-19 Delays
- Strikes/Disputes
- Weather Conditions
- Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
- Shipping Provider Error
Should any of the above scenarios occur and delay your package, we promise to keep you informed.
OUR GUARANTEE
We're committed to our customers, which is why we make the following promise:
If your item(s) don't arrive within 35 business days, we'll be happy to refund the full amount of the original order or send you a new item free of charge. Please reach out to support@wonderlyy.com, if its been 35 business days and you have not received your order. Be sure to include your Order Number.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are held responsible for confirming they have entered their delivery address correctly during checkout. If they fail to enter an accurate address, their items will be sent to the address on the order. It is important to make sure your billing and shipping addresses are both entered correctly, which includes all relevant information like street or building numbers
If you make a mistake when placing an order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We cannot reimburse you if your order does not make it to you.
ORDER CHANGES
If you've placed an order and would like to make a change, please let us know immediately. We can't guarantee that the order will still be in our warehouse when you reach out, but we will do everything we can to make the changes you need. If you need to update the shipping address, please note that after your order has been shipped, neither you nor our customer service staff will be able to make those changes. This includes updating the Shipping Address.
